BCWD UPDATES CONTACT NUMBERS
The Butuan City Water District (BCWD) updates its contact numbers and can now be reached through the following:
• Landline Numbers: (085) 8176635 and 8176736;
• Mobile Numbers: 09189304234 and 09171888726;

• Facebook: Butuan City Water District (BCWD)
The Call Center Services of BCWD is also available 24 hours from Mondays to Saturday and from 8:00AM-5:00PM during Sundays.
The updates on the contact number and longer coverage of Call Center services are all part of BCWD’s program to improve the quality of its service to its customers.
Customers may experience line congestion or delayed answering of calls. Please bear with us since BCWD only has a few staff available for the Call Center.
