Updates on Using Online Bill Payments of BCWD (February 26, 2024)

The Butuan City Water District (BCWD) would like to inform its consuming public on the updates when using online bill payments for BCWD especially through GCash and other online payment platforms of ECPay Merchant Partners. Starting February 21, 2024, ECPay has implemented utilizing the new BCWD Control Number when paying online through GCash or any ECPay Merchant Partners.
Customers can type-in the 13 or 14 digits new BCWD Control Number, including dash, for the customer to be able to pay via GCash and other ECPay Merchant Partners. The new control number is located on the upper left side of the BCWD Water Bill, on top of the Account Number.
Please be reminded that only those with the current bill or BLUE BILL can pay in the ECPay Merchant Partners and BCWD Collecting Centers. RED BILLS should be paid in BCWD’s main office only. Moreover, for those with BLUE BILLS, you can pay through the ECPay Merchant Partners four (4) days before due date in order for the transaction to be successful. If you wish to pay past the due date, you can pay anytime after the due date paying the amount with penalty. Do not forget to enter the exact amount.
