BCWD Bisita Eskwela on Lumbocan Elem. School

BCWD UPDATE (9/14/15): Over 100 pupils of Lumbocan Elem. School participate in the ongoing Bisita Eskwela of BCWD. Highlighting the activity is the lecture on Water Conservation as one way of adapting to the effects of the Strong El Nino happening now and will last until June 2016. This activity is part of the agency's Water and Environment Advocacy Program, which inculcates in the minds of the youth the importance of water and environment.
