The Butuan City Water District (BCWD) wishes to inform the consuming public that effective Monday, March 16, 2020, the collection schedule for Monday and Tuesday will be from 7:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m., with no noon break while collection schedule for Wednesday – Friday will continue at 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. for Saturdays.
To avoid congestion at the BCWD Administration Building, those concessionaires with current water bills may also pay their bills in BCWD Collecting Centers. Please be reminded that only those with current bill or BLUE BILL can pay in BCWD Collecting Centers. RED BILLS should be paid in BCWD’s main office only.
Accredited BCWD Collecting Centers are the following:
1. Berry Happy Mart (Pizarro St., Brgy. J.P. Rizal);
2. C5 Hardware (S1 Cassion Building, near Rosewood Plains Subdivision, Villa Kananga);
3. Clarhez Ticketing Services (National Highway, Brgy. Libertad, Butuan City);
4. JPL Bayad Center (Brgy. Ampayon, Butuan City near Public Market);
5. TAM Payment and Remittance Center (Unit 1 Wing-on Corporate Building, Brgy. Holy Redeemer).
6. Veterans Bank
For those applying for new water connection, you are encouraged to access the online application and seminar for new connection at the BCWD official website at www.bcwd.gov.ph/nsc to minimize the congestion of people visiting the office of BCWD.
This approach is part of BCWD’s total customer satisfaction program designed to provide the concessionaires with convenient and better services.
