NEW MEMBER OF THE BUTUAN CITY WATER DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS TAKES OATH

The newest member of the Butuan City Water District (BCWD) Board of Directors took oath administered by Butuan City Mayor, Honorable Ronnie Vicente C. Lagnada, on June 24, 2020 at the Office of the City Mayor, City Hall Complex, Butuan City.
Atty. Dennis M. Bacala will represent the Professional Sector and will serve the unexpired term of the late Atty. Roldan L. Torralba with date of effectivity from June 5, 2020 to December 31, 2024, following the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 198, otherwise known as the Provincial Water Utilities Act of 1973, as amended, and Local Water Utilities Administration (LWUA) Memorandum Circular 005.16 dated June 6, 2016.
