BCWD EMPLOYEES TEST NEGATIVE TO COVID-19 RAPID TEST
All first generation and those with direct contact Butuan City Water District (BCWD) employees with the daughter of a COVID-19 positive, tested NEGATIVE to the COVID-19 Rapid Test conducted by the Butuan City Health Office on July 24, 2020. Only the first generation employees were required to be tested.
The Rapid Test was administered to ensure the well-being of the employees of the District. The said test results can hopefully assure the concessionaires and other clients of the BCWD that the District is COVID-19 free despite recent events.
Rest assured that BCWD has been strictly observing the health protocols such as wearing of face masks, hand disinfection, temperature checking and practicing physical distancing. BCWD also conducts intensive disinfection of its office premises every day.
If concessionaires still have any apprehensions, they may pay their water bill at the BCWD Accredited Collecting Centers:
1. Berry Happy Mart (Pizarro St., Brgy. J.P. Rizal);
2. C5 Hardware (S1 Cassion Building, near Rosewood Plains Subdivision, Villa Kananga);
3. Clarhez Ticketing Services (National Highway, Brgy. Libertad, Butuan City);
4. JPL Bayad Center (Brgy. Ampayon, Butuan City near Public Market);
5. TAM Payment and Remittance Center (Unit 1 Wing-on Corporate Building, Brgy. Holy Redeemer). and
6. Veterans Bank
Meanwhile, concessionaires can check their water bill through online billing by accessing the online billing services of BCWD at its official website www.bcwd.gov.ph/obi/.
For those applying for new water connection can access the online application and seminar for new connection at the BCWD official website at www.bcwd.gov.ph/nsc to minimize the congestion of people visiting the office of BCWD.
