WE ARE CLOSED ON DECEMBER 8, 2020, A SPECIAL NON-WORKING HOLIDAY IN OBSERVANCE OF THE FEAST OF IMMACULATE CONCEPTION OF MARY
Please be informed that the Butuan City Water District (BCWD) will not be open to serve paying concessionaires on December 8, 2020 (Tuesday) - a special non-working holiday in observance of the Feast of Immaculate Conception of Mary.
For those concessionaires whose due date falls on the above-mentioned date, we suggest that you pay your bills ahead of time to avoid penalty.
Collection at the BCWD Administration Building will resume on December 9, 2020 (Wednesday) from 7:30 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.
Concessionaires may pay their bills in BCWD Collecting Centers. Accredited BCWD Collecting Centers are the following:
1. Berry Happy Mart (Pizarro St., Brgy. J.P. Rizal);
2. C5 Hardware (S1 Cassion Building, near Rosewood Plains Subdivision, Villa Kananga);
3. Clarhez Ticketing Services (National Highway, Brgy. Libertad, Butuan City);
4. JPL Bayad Center (Brgy. Ampayon, Butuan City near Public Market);
5. TAM Payment and Remittance Center (Unit 1 Wing-on Corporate Building, Brgy. Holy Redeemer);
6. Veterans Bank and
7. The SM Store.
Concessionaires may also pay their water bill through ECPay Merchant Partners which include all outlets of RD Pawnshop and 7/11. You may check other ECPay Merchant Partners through its official website.
For those applying for new water connection, you are encouraged to access the online application and seminar for new connection at the BCWD official website at www.bcwd.gov.ph/nsc.
Concessionaires are also reminded that they can also check their water bill through online billing. For concessionaires to be updated in their current billing, please access the online billing services of BCWD at its official website www.bcwd.gov.ph/obi/.
