A D V I S O R Y: Water for Free: BCWD Drinking Water Stations in selected voting centers during the National and Local Elections (May 9, 2025 2:00PM)

The Butuan City Water District (BCWD) will be setting-up a Drinking Water Station in selected Voting Centers (schools) in Butuan City as a way of supporting the 2025 National and Local Election.
The activity is part of BCWD’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as a way of giving back to the community. The said activity will be implemented in five (5) voting centers (schools):
1. Agusan National High School (ANHS)
2. Ampayon Central Elementary School
3. Butuan Central Elementary School (BCES)
4. Butuan City School of Arts and Trades (BCSAT) and
5. Libertad Central Elementary School
BCWD will set-up the drinking water station with one (1) water dispenser that will serve the public from 7:00AM to 4:00PM on May 12, 2025.
For those voters in the said voting centers, BCWD would like to inform the public to bring their own water containers when availing the free drinking water advocates. This is part of BCWD’s commitment to protect the environment and advocating for zero waste.
BCWD hopes that this drinking water station can help with the comfortability of voters during the 2025 National and Local Election.
