ADVISORY BCWD Maintains Public Service Amid Tropical Depression “Verbena”
The Butuan City Water District (BCWD) has suspended work today due to the effects of Tropical Depression “Verbena,” but assures all concessionaires that essential public services remain uninterrupted. A skeletal workforce has been deployed to ensure the continuity of operations, customer services, and call center support.
BCWD remains in close coordination with its bulk water supplier, Taguibo Aquatech Solutions Corporation (TASC), to continuously monitor water production levels and provide timely updates as the situation progresses.
Field personnel are on standby for immediate response to any service-related concerns. Concessionaires are advised to store sufficient clean water for essential use and to stay tuned to BCWD’s official communication channels for further announcements.
For concerns or inquiries, you may contact the BCWD Call Center at 0918-930-4234 or 0917-188-8726.
BCWD remains committed to delivering safe and reliable water service to the community during this weather disturbance. Please stay safe and vigilant.
